In this video, Beginners Foundation Paper Piecing - How to make a Mug Rug.
I teach you how to do Foundation Paper Piecing (FPP).
I will show you the tools that I used as a beginner, so there was no outlay on tools or products.
Once we have done the Foundation Paper Piecing part of the mug rug, we will then quilt it by using stitch in the ditch method.
So grab your scrap basket get your templates and Mini Quilt layout...And let's get started.
So what are you going to need.
some scraps from your scrap basket will be perfect for this project
1 - 6 inch piece of wadding
1 - 6 inch piece of backing fabric such as calico or quilting cotton
you will need some basic quilting and sewing tools...
